Quoting ALEC about a state’s ranking? Why don’t you just say you heard it in a bar or read it on the internet?
The ranking by ALEC has to do with the legislature alright. Where else would a few thousand dollars get it to the point where the legislature would be ready to abandon the state’s children to big tobacco, an ALEC objective? I guess Minnesota needs to get with the program and become more protobacco too?
I guess if being probusiness means letting big companies do whatever, then we have a great business climate. Just remember when you are sick and the place stinks, it’s just business.
