We are living in a time when just about every security measure is controversial — from drones to Internet snooping with a warrant.

“If the bombers are foreigners, the event is an act of war.”
Okay Bill. Let’s identify what country the foreigners came from, and, (following the example set by the current president’s predecessor), let’s then “respond appropriately” by invading a different country altogether.
“I said that President Obama made a mistake by using the word “tragedy” to define the attack.”
“President Obama did not do anything wrong in describing the Boston massacre as a tragedy.”
Got it. Or….maybe not.
“All Americans are under attack. Let’s sound the alarm in very vivid terms.”
By all means, yes…sound the alarm! Step one is always to get everyone on board with living in fear. Rampant paranoia is key here, eh Bill? It all sounds so very familiar…
It will be entertaining to see O’Reilly’s comments sliced and diced in the next few days. He will be quoted exactly, and then those quotes will be used to illustrate how he constantly contradicts himself by comparing those exact quotes with other things he’s said. He’ll then respond by playing his “terrorism wildcard”, which of course grants him immunity from consistency.

Apparently the Russians alerted us to this Muslim terrorist but the FBI didn’t follow up on it adequately. Six months who knows where and no red flags popped up. Politically correct directions to keep from hurting the feelings of the Muslims would be my take on it. That these murderers were tracked down is great but the fact that they weren’t stopped before killing and maiming over a hundred people is nothing to be proud of. If the facts of the government inaction, like was first demonstrated in Benghazi, ever come out it’s not going to be pretty.

The FBI put him on the list with 500,000 other people. By your logic, why isn’t Ted Nugent behind bars? Oh, right, freedom of speech.
What did this guy do before the bomb?

Gomez is a troll. Do not engage.

Gomez……you had me agreeing until comparing this to Benghazi. The two are NOT comparable and should not be in the same discussion.

Somebody has to discuss The Benghazi debacle because Obama won’t. He waited for two weeks to acknowledge that it was a terrorist act like the terrorist bombing in Boston. Nobody yet knows where he was.

OK gomez let us discuss the 4500 dead Americans in Iraq. Oh wait the Republicans do not wish to speak of this lie based fiasco.

You say it’s a lie but the Syrians got their WMD’s from Iraq. That doesn’t fit your template of hate for the right. Facts are a troublesome thing for you.

1…..we are really inept because we didn’t find any, but they had them all the time to sell to Syria or…
2……You have no idea what you’re talking about.
My vote is for # 2
