Wisconsin’s elections agency made almost $400,000 in the last two years by selling information about the state’s registered voters — including names, addresses and voting participation records. The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago says farmland values in the Wisconsin jumped by 11% last year with some land selling for over $10,000 an acre.
