“Advocates said the MinnesotaCare program is a better fit than typical health insurance plans for people in that income range.” What would the difference be? I think the MinnesotaCare program is good but, if they already have a “typical insurance plan,” why would they need any more coverage than the average Minnesotan? Reminds of the AT&T commercial.
