Ridiculous. If you’re going to trample all over women’s rights, at least have the juevos to do it to their faces and ban abortions altogether. Keeping it legal but continuing to place restrictions on it is just making it worse.
I thought South Dakotans were about LESS government? I say put this to a vote & let the people decide.

SD Lawmakers are unable to accept that the majority of voters has voted twice in support of a woman’s right to choose. It is bad enough that they force women to counsel with people like Leslie Unruh, a pro-life supporter. It is time to give it a rest, South Dakotans have spoken loudly on this issue. Isn’t this why we vote? Some still believe that just because it was defeated (twice) it doesn’t mean the majority of South Dakotans voted against the bill. If we assume that this is the case then it wasn’t an important enough issue for the majority to get out and vote. What’s next in South Dakota? Vaginal probes?
