Another failed “green” technology that WE paid for. An incentive for us to go green is the tax credit on hybrid autos. Without that incentive, an outright grant is needed to stimulate “sales???” and yet it still can’t hold its own. Looks like unproven technolgy is being unloaded on the customers and testing is done after delivery. More progress from D.C.
