Does anyone believe that banning texting while driving is going to solve the problem? How in the world would the proposed law be enforced? We can’t legislate behavior or stupidity.

Well, as far as I know, the phone doesn’t text by itself……

And alcohol doesn’t get in your system unless you drink it…..and we have laws against that.
