Again, Kevin, your comments are so vague as to be not understood at all. Are you trying to say that if a deputy pulls over a fellow enforcement person that they are going to shut down the system? The way it sounds to me, this is not going to be a possibility with the way it is set up to operate.

Just my speculation, but I believe he’s implying that if an officer stops a car, and the occupants tape him, he might unilaterally declare that illegal, which it isn’t. Too many police forces sued on that,

I hope they have a policy saying that the deputies have to use the cameras because if it is like before they won’t or they will only use them when they want. After checking into these they do record everything all of the time but only will save the 30 sec to a minute before the record button was pushed or activated. They definitely need to be monitored in this county.
