This VAWA bill is more about who understands the Constitution and how they place their vote based on a weighted average of what may be good in a bill vs. items in the bill that are unconstitutional. With he being a lawyer, I would think Sean Duffy would understand that. He has proven himself many times to turn from conservative beliefs on controversial items that may come back to interupt his parade scedule in election years.
