South Dakota faces federal cuts, furloughs

PIERRE (AP) South Dakota could lose at least $10 million in federal funding from automatic spending cuts set to take effect Friday, but Gov. Dennis Daugaard said he is most worried about what will happen in programs that educate struggling students and help low-income people heat their homes and put food on the table.

I listen to Kristi Noem, John Thune and FoxNews and they all say that obama is just using scare tactics to get people upset about the sequester and that the cuts are going to be proportionally small! They are RIGHT! Governor Daugaard, you have nothing to worry about here in South Dakota! Just move along folks, there’s nothing to see here!

Who were the ones who said that ‘government’ doesn’t make jobs? Ah huh………..now that federal money is down…….we will see how the jobs disappear. Wonder how many will be teapublicans………….or just republican voters?
