My condolences go out to Mr. Kulencamps family. I knew the man as a Deputy of Pierce County, and I always felt that he was a “Superior” officer in the job he performed. He was always fair and objective on his job. There were times that my wife and I were able to sit and talk to him, in a manner that most officers wont take the time to do. I feel that we have lost a great man, and heaven has just recieved another angel. God Bless his family and friends alike.
