Thanks for bringing this “riff-raff” directly into our neighborhoods. So they mill around at night before they are placed, then they are dumped back off at 6 am, then what? If they don’t have employment, then they are hanging around residential neighborhoods with our children and women, where these church’s are typically located. If they show up drunk, high or worse and are ejected from the church, then we have even a bigger problem, not to mention the sex offenders which don’t always register, Dickinson needs to step up and take care of this properly. The church’s may be trying to be humanitarians, but this is not the answer to this issue. No matter what hoops they make these men jump through they are not always the ‘nice guys’ next door. We weren’t born yesterday. Does anyone remember Sherry from Sidney, MT?
