Governor Scott Walker Friday appointed Department of Health Services (DHS) Deputy Secretary Kitty Rhoades of Hudson as Secretary of DHS. The appoint came shortly after the governor received former secretary Dennis G. Smith’s resignation letter. Continue Reading
So, Rhoades was appointed by Walker to replace Smith, who was having an affair with the wife of the top legal counsel at the DHS. So much for the republican moral high ground.
