Mining committees in both the state Assembly and Senate endorsed a Republican bill Wednesday that makes it easier for Gogebic Taconite to open a new iron ore mine in northern Wisconsin. Two Democratic lawmakers say they’ll hold a public hearing on the bill Saturday in Ashland.

I agree… it’s time for Rove to step aside so he can’t continue to influence Republicans to pick moderate Rino’s that have no chance to win elections like McCain & Romney. It’s time to get true conservatives as candidates and get the party and the economy back on track.
