Mark Dayton was born into one of the Twin Cities’ aristocratic families. He wanted for nothing and never had to earn a thing in his life. One thing he doesn’t understand is the law of diminishing returns. In this case, tax people high enough and they’ll leave. It’s happening in CA, NY, and IL now. His sales tax on services will result in a lot of empty office space in MN.
