If the idiots in Congress would change some of the blood sucking rules that exist for the USPS alone, people wouldn’t have to make decisions like this.

It was the Republicans that caused the USPS to be in the situation they are in. In 2006 they decided they wanted to destroy the USPS. Forcing them to fund retirement funds for people that have not been born yet. Then people like Romney can raid retirement funds for his pocket and stick the retirement liabilities onto the government but that is ok to the Republicans.

There is going to be plenty of money left. Since the Republicans goal of bankrupting the Post Office by forcing them to fund retirements for even employees that have not been born yet.
