I hope Roger Yankton is more than a little irritated by Cat’s web-site. I have read her site for a couple of years now. Honestly I would believe anything she says over anything that comes out the mouths of a Yankton.

It seems most of these reservations are run like third world dictatorships.

The US government allowed this man (Roger Yankton) with only a fifth grade education to run the HUD dept. on the Spirit Lake Rez for 20 years. He used the money meant for housing on the rez as his personal bank account. If he liked you he helped you. If he didn’t he buried your paper work.
