I’m sure something will be found wrong with any other petitions too. Thing is, no petition is needed, what is needed is a state’s attorney willing to convene a grand jury to investigate if a felony has taken place by a powerful and popular governor.
Maybe it has, maybe it hasn’t, but certainly there is enough to be worth doing the grand jury.
No petition necessary.
