Well all I can say, I wish folks would get the facts correct. Several weeks ago there was a story in this paper that it was over budget close to $10.000 due change order # 5. Which was for the flag and the lights around it. Which the city council approved. If I remember correctly they made the statement it put them over budget. I guess someone else added the number this time.
