Another guy on probation who commits a heinous crime. I think we as a state need to look at some alternatives such as incarceration. The number of violent crimes committed by people on probation lately is out of hand.

Just goes to show that when it comes to chronic criminals, the system fails. Alfonso Rodríguez, a lifetime sexual predator, serves his time, goes to live with his mother in Crookston, and then kills Dru Sjodin. Wonder how many times that scenario has been played out.
