What nonsense. The “thoughtfully crafted bills” that are referred to had NO chance of getting anywhere and the House knew it. Ms. Noem talks of “leading” and “political games” and the branch of Congress she belongs to did nothing but. It is never mentioned in the piece that the cuts would have been to the poor and elderly. The “largest tax increase in history” and the inheritance tax would just go back to WHERE THEY WERE before.
While running for re-election her talk was about closing loopholes in the tax code……nothing in the bills and nothing in the past year addressing the problem.
The branch of the House has no interest in solving problems. They talk a lot but have shown the will not sit down and try to work to solve anything. They have a plan that has shown to not work in the past and they just want to repeat what has gotten us here in the first place.
Don’t believe the constant scare tactics and the finger pointing. Any thinking person knows where the problem lies.
