I’m all in favor of a three-lane to Baldwin. Traffic on the two-lane is insane during rush hour and early evenings. Tailgaters, slow semis, and idiotic Minnesota drivers who think the left lane is a regular driving lane make it dangerous. BTW, Minnesota drivers…The left lane is for passing only in Wisconsin.
