“Under the new policy, the steepness of the ponds’ sides would be reduced and a more gradual decline called a safety shelf would extend 10 feet into the water. The water would be about 1 foot deep or less on the shelf.”
Walk outside, shake your fist at the sky, and tell God that he screwed up the design of the Red River. And the Grand Canyon. They’re much too dangerous. Children and Defectives might fall in.
Here’s a thought. You get hurt at a holding pond, look in the mirror for someone to blame.
This town will do ANYTHING to spend tax dollars.
