Motorists have good reason to welcome 2013, as gasoline prices in Duluth continue their decline following what nationally was a record-high year for fuel costs.

It is great to see gas prices coming down. I would like to see information as to why diesel prices are remaining so high, however. High diesel prices means increased costs to farmers, trucking companies, and many other industries. These costs are passed back to the consumer, causing increases in the costs of many of the commodoties that we all use.
