I am a B-W Grad, and I am appalled that this is happening in that school. Whether it is a prank or simply a unethical student, there is absolutely no excuse that the school doesn’t take very serious actions against it. It sounds like the student that did this, did it with intent to scare this girl. This is a criminal act, and should be considered a HATE CRIME. The School needs to take serious action when there is such clear intent, and if they don’t do something immediately to stop any future or further non-sense in that school, then they are in for many more serious situations in their future. There has to be a Zero-Tolerance Level to this type of hatred in the Public Schools. I never thought of Baldwin-Woodville as being a racist community, but if this is starting to happen, the people of the area better stand up against it right away, so it does not get to be a large problem. And for the student that did this, You need to get your act straight before you become the target of hatred yourself.
