Rep. Collin Peterson said ““It doesn’t do anything to stop spending money we don’t have,” Peterson said. “We missed an opportunity here to do what we needed to have done. The whole process got hijacked by politics and this hysteria over the fiscal cliff.” Thank you Rep. Peterson for telling the truth.
Sen. Johnson, a South Dakota Democrat, said ““We can’t get our fiscal house in order on the backs of the elderly and students.” Sen. Johnson is an idiot if he is being serious. We have saddled our youth, and their children, with this horrendous debt. The rich are not rich enough to bail this out of this mess created by Congress. It has been put on the backs of the young – to say otherwise is a lie – pure and simple.
