When the Fargo/Moorhead Salvation Army thrift store closed an important link with the community was lost and may account for the drop in donations in that area.

That’s the beauty and the perfection of VOLUNTARY donations.
When you think the donations are being mis-used, you don’t have to continue to contribute.
If only the tax system had such a feedback mechanism. Our government would be far less corrupt.
