Unfortunately headlines like this don’t seem to upset anyone around our area at all lately. This has become the status quo since this big population boost due primarily to oil and construction development. Unfortunately these incidents won’t go down, but probably will increase as time goes on with this boom. Article is all to familar with out of state guys being the main instigators for much of this stuff. It is very unfortunate that booms like this attract folks like this. Go back to where you are from or don’t come here at all. SW ND used to be a peaceful place with very little crime and certainly not the amount of violent crime that has started to repeat itself. Anyone who thinks those that are not tolerant of the boom need to understand that these incidents are one of the negative effects of this thing. Hopefully our local legal system will throw the book at these guys and others like them to send a message that we don’t tolerate this behavior in ND. I’m getting tired of hearing these stories, we don’t live in Denver or Minneapolis folks!
