Pro/con: Should US withdraw all combat troops from the Middle East by year’s end?

While I think we should quit wasting our money and US lives over there, I believe the drone attacks are quite appropriate and should be continued. Would you prefer more of our soldiers or other bystanders continue to be murdered? If the terrorists don’t want their innocent family members or bystanders killed or injured, they should stop their killing. The number of vicious and unwarranted terrorist killings far exceeds the few “innocents” killed by drones. And, I would venture to guess, the number of killings of innocents has been substantially reduced by ridding the world of some of these extremists.

Pretty certain that Osama Bin Laden felt the loss of innocent lives we lost in 9-11 was also well justified to make his point by striking America as he felt he was trying to rid the world of what perceived as evil that killed innocent lives.
You’re missing the fact that our continued killing of innocents and waging war in Iraq has only increases the number of potential AL-Queda and anti-American terrorists.
It’s long past we need to stop the madness instead of continually feeding it.
