That’s because Obummer had them join Welfare. That way they are out of the unemployment lines which makes him look good. Fact is, there are no new jobs and most have given up looking. Pretty sad to see you prop this up when the numbers are false, good job Dem’s at hiding the truth.

Yes, once you exhaust your unemployment benefits (which happens to most of the unemployed in an exteded recession such as Obamas) you are no longer counted as unemployed. This is a direct result of the government switching from using the U6 reporting method which showed all people out of work to the U3 method which shows only those collecting unemployment benefits, and presumably looking for work while those benefits last.
