Charlie…While I do not want to see quality, value-oriented and high levels of health care service deteriorate with any budget cuts looming, I should add I never saw a TV commercial during the past few years where doctors and specialists got together and said they were willing to make their share of sacrifice in income and benefits to help resolve the spiraling costs of medical care. How come?
