While I don’t have a problem with Wal-Mart, we don’t need one.
Within two years of its opening either Target, Cub or Rainbow will close. There simply is not enough business to go around.

Problem has always been location. The way CG is laid out, it’s too difficult to get business’s along 61 and that’s where they belong in order to attract customers. People that drive 61 go past everything if they don’t live in the area.

Myron thinks its good business to put in like businesses in close proximity to each other. We need a Starbucks next to a Caribou, a Wal Mart next to Target and Cub, another frozen yogurt place. Next we need a CVS across the street from Walgreens. Makes perfect sense to me. Maybe we should have two city councils and two Mayors to see which survive. How about unique, complimentary businesses that make sense and enhance the community!
