Divers will have to relocate some 7,000 mussels upstream from the new St. Croix River crossing ahead of construction next spring. Also, an investigation was underway Monday morning into the death of a Wauwatosa police officer and UW officials have promised there will be no alcohol at school-sanctioned celebrations associated with next week’s Rose Bowl, plus more state news.
