He won because Grams was pulling his strings and the highway 8 project through Lindstrom is a mess – all they would have had to do is lose the on street parking, restripe the road to make it one lane going each way with a turn lane in the middle instead of spending all that money moving light poles, and buying out properties. Parking on street is worse than it was before-

“…unless some huge opportunity opens up in Minnesota, I’ve got two small kids who need their dad.” So if something comes up in MN he will stay- but in the same breath he says his kids need a father- hmmm- well so then he would put his politics before his kids if it came down to it. Or- his kids need a dad- could interpret that as he would take a MN political job, divorce, she would remarry and his kids would have a dad. That statement doesn’t say he would be the dad- Just saying—-

Wow, what remarks! I guess you all have been in public office and know what it is like to make “hard” decisions that affect family. Gone are the days when husband and wife are glued to eachother’s sides. The Cravaack’s are entitled to try things their way. If you think you got what it takes and could do better – well, throw your big old judgemental hat in the ring and have a go at it. Perhaps the ridiculous and inappropriate comments in this blog would cease. Chip tried, won, lost, and if he wants to move on, try something different, or comeback again and win a Minnesota political spot – then let the people speak again – and, by the way Nolan’s record isn’t so grand – be careful what you vote and support!
