I think the “free speech zone” issue should be heard in our state supreme court, and I think that judges ruling should be shunned by the city of Duluth no matter what, because the government themselves put up “free speech zones” AND enforced them, when president Bush was here, and when the GOP had their convenyion in St.Paul. The government did it, so I see NO REASON the city of Duluth can`t do the same…and rid ourselves of those two fruitcake nut street preachers at this venue.
One of who is a convicted and registered sex offender, resulting from a sexual assult on a 13 year old girl. To think that he was her teacher besides, tells me why he wears a sign that says “fear God”….he knows he should because of what he`s already done!
Bring back the free speech zone!

I agree with you totally but you said that the state court should hear the arguments but then you say that the cxty should ignore the previous judge rulling? What happens if the state supreme court agrees with the lower courts?

I fully agree with you. The molester should not be allowed to be around children as I believe he is very sick. The Lord wil judge him and satan will welcome him with open arms.
