Don’t waste more DEDA money for tourist hotel and condos. There is a glut of unsold condos in town. Look at the last project of those involved in cement plant. Promised hotel, brewery,shops with fresh fruit and flowers. Only got ice rink built on donations from NHL and Duluth families and free turf from NFL with a $1million parking lot donated by the city the pizza /burger joint uses. Came back for more money, bridge loans.
DEDA money should invest in making Duluth a better place to work and live, not visit.
