Yup, no spending cuts at all. I mean, unless you could $1 trillion in discretionary cuts, $4 trillion in deficit reduction, $360 billion in savings to health programs, $278 billion in non-health mandatory savings, $487 billion in savings on defense, $7.5 billion in administrative savings….
