Its ridiculous how the Herald keeps these stories rolling about her roots.
Guess what? even rich people, which Heidi is by the way, have roots that go back to someone who rolled up their sleeves and worked hard to get that fortune.
So i guess Heidis kids are to be considered silver spoon brats just like the people accused Bush and Berg of?
After all, they are just a product of a rich family where they will get opportunities that others wont right?
Sure would be nice if we just waited until she actually did something newsworthy before we plaster her life story of the front page.

I’m embarrassed by the simply stupid comments most of you made. It is clear many of you are headline readers only if you didn’t learn why she is called Heidi. It is clear you are shallow if you can make comments about someone’s weight. Millions of girls are cutting and starving themselves because of image issues. I’d like to see some of your pictures put up here. But I’d have the good sense and taste to refrain from commenting about your paunch, your hairline and your facial features.

I am embarrassed that people like you are allowed to post. You continually make negative comments that are often unfair. Gov Christie’s weight should be an issue if he does decide to run for President. He clearly is headed for serious health problems in time if he doesn’t lose weight. I trust you don’t have an obese child. At least I hope you don’t.

As a side note, i just saw several articles recently on NATIONAL websites that were jabbing at Gov. Christie and whether an obese man like him would be fit to represent the nation.
This was not just one article, it was several by several different authors on several different sites.
So forgive me if i could care less what you think of a few people discussing the stature of the woman we sent to DC to represent us.
Shes in the national spotlight and will be targeted for scrutiny because of it, the people on here have no public face representing anyone outside of themselves and therefore dont owe you anything.
When i see the national media apologize for focusing on Gov Christies weight, then i will agree that those poking at her should also apologize.
Everyone in this nation is treated with Political Correctness oozing out of every pore of societies being but let a person be fat and all bets are off. Fat people are free to be discriminated against and spoken ill of without repercussions.

This whole thread of commentary takes the prize for the stupidest of the year. Who cares that Heidi is not as thin as a anorexic model? She’s an average sized person by all standards with above-average abilities. I’m looking forward to her term in office.
