Wis. to allow hunting and trapping in state parks

Starting next year, hunting and trapping will be allowed in most Wisconsin state parks from Nov. 15 through Dec. 15 and from April 1 through the third spring turkey period, under a plan the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board approved Tuesday, according to a Department of Natural Resources news release.

What we buy determines what exists in the world. Which means I won’t buy anything from the WI DNR in 2013 to protest this policy. There have been a number of articles written about the DNR’s top leader Cathy Stepp as appointed by the Governor Walker. A former real estate developer it’s apparent she sees only dollar signs when looking at Wisconsin’s amazing outdoor spaces.
