I noted some mis-leading information in the article, regarding the professional division sausages. As a long time customer of Superior Meats, I know for a fact that you can by those snack sticks and summer sausage logs (and brats) in their store……made with pork or beef.
The venison sausages, they make for the hunters (in the same flavors)—– that is not available for purchase. But, yeah, pretty much, if you can name it…………they make it.
