If your goal is historic preservation the process may add a little time. Isn’t it worth it? What is the alternative?

Congratulations Bob and Laura. Individuals with vision like yours are sorely needed in this town. It’s a real uphill battle sometimes to save, restore, and reuse buildings like these. I wish you the best with the renovation.
