Child apparently dies after being run over

According to St. Croix County dispatch traffic, a 4-year-old child was run over by a vehicle and was likely deceased. The St. Croix County medical examiner was called to the scene a short time later.

So sick about this. Never let your children out when snow plowing is going on. The person is totally blinded what is ahead or behind them when plowing.
