Norstar Commuter rail ridership 21% lower than expected 2011.
High speed rail makes sense in dense urban areas.
A train to nowhere does not.
When students give up their cars that crowd residential streets and across front yards and start taking the Skyline Shuttle or bus then they will have some cred. Otherwise its just a hipster venture to the tune of a billion.
