I still have my doubts. But I do NOT think a person should spend 1 day in jail for using marijuana..That’s just cruel. I think it’s been pretty well established it’s not in the same category is meth, heroine etc. Many functional, good people use it. And the effects it has on people who use it regularly way less dangerous than the effect alcohol or tobacco has after regular use.
