Dennis, you have to be careful with offers of free stuff. Just recently, we’ve been offered free health insurance, cell phones, rent and food subsidies, and more than that. The federal government is advising new immigrants of all the free assistance available to them. Maybe, there is such a thing as a free lunch or a free ride, but someone is paying for it. It’s not as simple as checking a box on a ballot to solve all your problems.

What “gets” me is the colossal waste of money they spend printing these and mailing them out. Its obvious SOMEONE will pay for the waste and its probably the families of those that pass on that use their services.
We use their papers for our fireplace. Works great. Less wood we need to cut.
