I don’t know anything about MN Supreme Court political leanings, but I will bet all that I have that Chief Justice Lori S. Gildea is considered a liberal judge. Her written opinion not only doesn’t clean up her ruling, but now leaves even more holes in election law that without doubt will be challenged many more times in the future. Legislative law means nothing anymore and that should be very disturbing to everyone, regardless of your personal political ideals.

Considering Alan Page has yet to find a criminal he doesn’t love, he sits so far to the left he makes Ruth Bader Ginsburg look like Rick Santorum.

All but one of the Justices were appointed under Republican Governors. The one justice appointed by Dayton sat out this decision because she stated she was not there when it was filed or happened.
Chief Justice Gildea was appointed just recently by Pawlenty as he left office.

This whole situation shows what a joke elections are in this part of the state. People will vote for anyone with DFL after their name.

Kerry always has that grin, ear to ear on his face, he always looks so content and fulfilled, relieved, stress free really. Like he doesn’t hold anything in and every day is a new climax,

We sure do have a “convenient” set of voting laws in this state.
