Short of seeing the building plans, I can’t see anything but good in this.
I hope it will be as fireproof as possible and therefore of masonry construction v timber frame matchstick like so much of the new builds today.

So taxpayer money went to the city, on to DEDA and then to a private developer.
Yet neighborhoods can’t have safe sewer and streets. Libraries and parks can’t be maintained without an extra tax.
