See there…Mr. Federal Government…we don’t need your “advice and consent” to do the common sense things! Businesses and wildlife groups can work it out by ..well, Talking about such things…no need for the useful id%^* in the legislature to get their panties in a wad and make new rules and regulations and laws….nothing to see here lawmakers, go back to running for re-election!
