It is a distraction, and the coach’s medical condition will affect getting good future recruits. What player wants to look over at the sidelines and see his coach crappie flopping? There should be, or should have been, an out clause in his contract for the U of M, should a medical condition prohibit him from effectively performing his duties. He is not effectively performing his duties flopping around on the sidelines, or not coming out for asecond half.
