It means the state has that much more money to promulgate their propaganda – such as: Lincoln abolished slavery, WWII got the U.S. out of depression, FDR was a great president, Oswald was a lone assassin, and the government somehow magically creates jobs through stimulus.
Until the dumbed-down public awakens, it makes for a good laugh.
